Long-cycle thinking

Buildings stand for decades. Technology cycles in five-year increments. We design for the building's full operating life, with deliberate plans for technology refresh and obsolescence built in from the start.

Owner-aligned

We work for the owner, not the contractor, the systems integrator, or the equipment vendor. The advisory fee is the entire economic relationship; no rebates, no kickbacks, no incentives to over-specify.
